Marketing sites and social automation that runs.

Fast landing sites, plus an social loop that watches mentions, drafts replies, and escalates the weird cases. Different from a scheduler and different from a 12-month agency contract. Anchored by this site — the loop you're currently reading from runs the Neurastruct content engine.

Plain English

What does 'social automation' actually mean?

Posting on schedule is the boring half — every tool does that. The real lift is having an agent watch mentions, draft replies, escalate the weird cases to you, and keep the channel alive without sucking up a day a week.

Most agencies sell one or the other — either a scheduler with no judgement, or a human content manager whose day rate makes it cost-prohibitive for a 2-person operation. The agentic loop sits in between: rules you set, drafts you approve, escalations to you when the situation doesn't match the rules.

Example workflows

Here's what we'd build for your industry.

Two illustrative builds. Both are pattern walkthroughs, not deployed case studies — though the second one generalises the loop that built this site.

Example workflow — based on the pattern that built the Neurastruct site itself.

Trades operator · booking funnel + end-of-job social

The problem. A two-truck plumbing operation gets jobs from word of mouth and Google. The website is a 2018 WordPress build that loads slowly, doesn't book jobs, and the 'Contact Us' form goes to an old email. Social presence is sporadic — the owner means to post the good end-of-day photos but it's the last thing before dinner, so it doesn't happen.

What we'd build. A fast Next.js landing site (the same stack this page is built on) with a real booking flow that drops into the existing scheduling tool. Plus a social-automation agent that watches a shared folder on the owner's phone — when an end-of-job photo lands in the folder, the agent drafts a post (caption, hashtags, location tag), shows it to the owner via SMS, and posts to Instagram/LinkedIn/Facebook on approval. The owner taps 'send' instead of writing a post.

Realistic outcome. Bookings flow without manual triage; social presence becomes consistent without becoming a second job. The owner stops apologising to their accountant about not posting.

Example workflow — generalising the content-loop pattern from the slablogic launch.

Professional services firm · authority site + LinkedIn content agent

The problem. A 5-person business consultancy needs to look credible to enterprise buyers. Their current site is a 2-page Wix that says 'consultancy' and lists three services. LinkedIn is where the work actually comes from, but writing a thoughtful post every week is the first thing dropped when a client emergency hits. Three months of silence and the leads dry up.

What we'd build. A proper authority site — multi-page, schema-driven, fast — with a built-in /insights section. Plus an agent that watches the firm's /insights posts and drafts a LinkedIn version of each one (with a different opening, a different angle, scheduled for Tuesday 9am AEST). The partners review and approve in a single click. Same loop runs in reverse — strong LinkedIn comments by the partners can be promoted to insight-page citations.

Realistic outcome. The firm publishes consistently. LinkedIn stops being an emergency-driven channel. The site stops looking like a placeholder.

What's outside scope for Web & Marketing.

Things we deliberately don't sell — so you know what to expect. The full cross-capability list lives on the pricing page.

  • 12-month agency lock-ins. Social Runtime is month-to-month; sites are fixed-price one-shots.
  • Paid-ads strategy, creative, or media buying. We integrate with your existing ad platform but won't run the ads themselves.
  • Fully-outsourced brand voice. The agentic loop drafts in your tone; you review and approve before anything publishes.
  • $35k bundled funnel-and-strategy deals. Each tier is published and scoped — no mystery pricing.
FAQ

Common questions about Web & Marketing engagements.

How is this different from a 'website company'?

Most website companies ship a CMS-shaped site and disappear. We ship a schema-driven Next.js site you can update without code, plus an optional agentic social loop that keeps the content flowing afterward. Same engineering discipline as our AI Automation engagements.

Will social automation make my posts sound like a bot?

The drafts will sound like a draft — the voice belongs to you. The agent ingests your existing tone (LinkedIn posts, /insights writing, brand spec) and proposes posts in that voice; you review and approve before anything publishes. Posts that need human judgement get escalated, not auto-sent.

Do you run paid ads?

Not as a service. We can integrate with your existing ad platform via the booking funnel, but if you're looking for ad strategy + creative + media buying you want a paid-ads agency. We'll happily refer.

How long until my site goes live?

Launchpad ships in 2 weeks. Site+Engine ships in 4–6 weeks. We work in 1-week iterations with weekly progress demos — you see real progress weekly, not just at the end.

Site stale? Social channel ghosting?

The first consultation is free and takes 30 minutes. You'll leave with a sharper sense of which tier fits and what the agentic loop could realistically take off your plate.
