Neurastruct
Capability 4 · Websites, Brand & Content

Sites with the content and social engine built in.

The engine is what we lead with: a fortnightly content loop (the Blog Engine) and a social loop (the Social Engine) that draft in your voice from a queue you control and publish only on your approval. Both attach to a fixed-price site that ships with the full Brand Pack and an SEO/OG/AEO baseline as standard. This site runs on that engine — every post on our insights page was drafted by the loop and approved by a person. AU-hosted, no 12-month lock-in.

The Neurastruct Method: structure-first, human-reviewed, audit-ready — AU-hosted, every line reviewed before it goes out.

Plain English

What the engine is, and what it isn't.

Two loops make up the engine, and each is its own add-on. The Blog Engine drafts blog posts in your brand voice from a topic queue you control, and publishes to your /insights blog only once you approve. The Social Engine does the same for your socials — it drafts posts from a queue you control, schedules them across your platforms, and publishes on your approval, keeping the channel alive without it eating a day a week. On Tier 1 it posts and nothing more; on Tier 2 it also handles inbound — reading, sorting, and drafting replies to incoming DMs and comments for your approval. Tier 2 stays a social add-on that attaches to your site; if you want standalone back-office email and quote triage that isn't tied to a build, that's the Inbox & Quote Triage pack under AI & Automation.

Most agencies sell one or the other — a scheduler with no judgement, or a content manager whose day rate is out of reach for a 2-person operation. The engine sits in between: a queue you control, drafts in your voice, and publishing only on your approval. It assists; you keep the final call.

How we engage

The site, then the engine — add the loops you want.

The Authority Site is the fixed-price build. The Blog Engine and Social Engine are one-off add-ons — a content loop, a social loop, or both — not monthly retainers.

Authority Site

$7,500

A fixed-price, multi-page build — schema-driven and safe for non-technical staff to edit — with the full Brand Pack and the SEO, structured-data and AEO baseline included. Built ready for the Blog Engine to drop straight in.

  • Fixed-price build, ships 4–6 weeks
  • Multi-page, schema-driven and edit-safe
  • Full Brand Pack included
  • SEO, structured data, OG + AEO baseline
  • AU-hosted, source transferred to you

Blog Engine

+$3,000

The content loop as an add-on: a fortnightly content loop that drafts blog posts in your brand voice from a topic queue you control and publishes to your /insights blog on your approval. The same loop this site runs on.

  • +$3,000 add-on
  • Fortnightly content loop, drafts in your voice
  • Client-controlled topic queue, publish on approval
  • Wires an /insights blog into your site
  • Handed over as yours — no 12-month lock-in

Social Engine

from +$4,500

The social loop, two tiers. Tier 1 (Content + Posting, +$4,500) drafts and publishes on your approval. Tier 2 (Content + Posting + Inbound, +$7,500) also reads, sorts, and drafts replies to incoming DMs and comments. Each tier is $2,000 cheaper alongside the Blog Engine.

  • Tier 1 · Content + Posting — +$4,500
  • Tier 2 · adds inbound DM + comment handling — +$7,500
  • Drafts in your voice from a queue you control
  • Publishes on your approval; inbound escalates to you
  • $2,000 cheaper each with the Blog Engine (+$2,500 / +$5,500)
Example workflows

Here's what we'd build for your industry.

Two illustrative builds. Both are pattern walkthroughs, not deployed case studies — the second one generalises the content-loop pattern we're building for SlabLogic, launching soon.

Example workflow — based on the pattern that built the Neurastruct site itself.

Trades operator · booking funnel + end-of-job social

The problem. A two-truck plumbing operation gets jobs from word of mouth and Google. The website is a 2018 WordPress build that loads slowly, doesn't book jobs, and the 'Contact Us' form goes to an old email. Social presence is sporadic — the owner means to post the good end-of-day photos but it's the last thing before dinner, so it doesn't happen.

What we'd build. A fast Next.js landing site (the same stack this page is built on) with a real booking flow that drops into the existing scheduling tool. Plus a social-automation agent that watches a shared folder on the owner's phone — when an end-of-job photo lands in the folder, the agent drafts a post (caption, hashtags, location tag), shows it to the owner via SMS, and posts to Instagram/LinkedIn/Facebook on approval. The owner taps 'send' instead of writing a post.

Realistic outcome. Bookings flow without manual triage; social presence becomes consistent without becoming a second job. The owner stops apologising to their accountant about not posting.

Example workflow — generalising the content-loop pattern from SlabLogic, our vertical SaaS launching soon.

Professional services firm · authority site + LinkedIn content agent

The problem. A 5-person business consultancy needs to look credible to enterprise buyers. Their current site is a 2-page Wix that says 'consultancy' and lists three services. LinkedIn is where the work actually comes from, but writing a thoughtful post every week is the first thing dropped when a client emergency hits. Three months of silence and the leads dry up.

What we'd build. A proper authority site — multi-page, schema-driven, fast — with a built-in /insights section. Plus an agent that watches the firm's /insights posts and drafts a LinkedIn version of each one (with a different opening, a different angle, scheduled for Tuesday 9am AEST). The partners review and approve in a single click, and it posts on their tick.

Realistic outcome. The firm publishes consistently. LinkedIn stops being an emergency-driven channel. The site stops looking like a placeholder.

Attach-ons

Need just a site or a store? They attach — they're not the front door.

The engine is what we lead with. A site or a store is an attach-on for clients we're already serving — named price, named scope, and you own the result outright. The full Brand Pack and the SEO/OG/AEO baseline are included in every build.

Starter Site $5,500 (up to 5 pages, full Brand Pack and SEO/OG/AEO baseline included). Authority Site $7,500 (multi-page, schema-driven, Brand Pack and SEO/OG/AEO included). Ecommerce Store from $9,500 (your own Stripe or merchant checkout; Brand Pack included). Blog Engine +$3,000. Bookings module +$2,000. Social Engine — Tier 1 Content + Posting +$4,500, Tier 2 Content + Posting + Inbound +$7,500 (each $2,000 cheaper with the Blog Engine). Brand Pack $1,500 standalone (already included in every site build).

  • Offered to clients we're already serving, not as a standalone brochure build
  • Named price and named scope — no mystery pricing
  • You own the result outright — source and all

Keep it running

Managed hosting, domains and email — on VentraIP, in your name.

Once a site is live it needs somewhere to live, a domain that renews on time, and business email that actually delivers. We run all three through VentraIP — Australian-owned hosting, domains and email — on a managed, not resold basis: the account stays under your name and your card, you see the supplier invoice, and Neurastruct charges a flat monthly management fee with no reseller markup.

The managed-hosting packs are the Hosting & Care tiers: Caretaker ($150/mo) keeps hosting, SSL and DNS healthy; Steward ($250/mo) adds active business email management and .com.au renewal handling; Concierge ($450/mo) adds monthly content and SEO health checks. You can fire us tomorrow and the infrastructure stays exactly where it is.

  • Hosting, domain and business email via VentraIP — account in your name, not resold
  • Flat monthly management fee, no markup — you see the supplier invoice
  • Managed hosting packs: Caretaker $150/mo · Steward $250/mo · Concierge $450/mo

When Websites, Brand & Content from Neurastruct is the right fit.

  • You want a consistent content and social presence, drafted by the engine and approved by you
  • You're an authority-driven business (consultancy, allied health, professional services) that lives or dies on credibility
  • You want the engine to draft while you keep the final call — not a 12-month agency lock-in
  • You're already working with us and want a site or store to attach to your engagement
  • You want a cheap brochure site with nothing behind it — a template builder is a better fit, and we'll say so
  • You want a $35k all-bundled funnel-and-strategy deal
  • You're hoping to outsource brand voice entirely — the engine assists, you still review

What's outside scope for Websites, Brand & Content.

Things we deliberately don't sell — so you know what to expect.

  • Plain websites as a standalone product. Starter sites and stores attach to a client we're already serving — the engine is what we lead with, not a brochure build.
  • 12-month agency lock-ins. The Social Engine is a one-off add-on; sites are fixed-price one-shots.
  • Paid-ads strategy, creative, or media buying. We integrate with your existing ad platform but won't run the ads themselves.
  • Fully-outsourced brand voice. The loop drafts in your tone; you review and approve before anything publishes.
  • $35k bundled funnel-and-strategy deals. Each tier is published and scoped — no mystery pricing.
FAQ

Common questions about Websites, Brand & Content engagements.

How is this different from a 'website company'?

Most website companies ship a CMS-shaped site and disappear. We lead with the engine — a fortnightly content loop and a social loop that draft in your voice and publish on your approval — and the schema-driven Next.js site is how it's delivered. Same engineering discipline as our AI automation engagements.

Will social automation make my posts sound like a bot?

The drafts will sound like a draft — the voice belongs to you. The agent ingests your existing tone (LinkedIn posts, /insights writing, brand spec) and proposes posts in that voice; you review and approve before anything publishes. Posts that need human judgement get escalated, not auto-sent.

Do you run paid ads?

Not as a service. We can integrate with your existing ad platform via the booking funnel, but if you're looking for ad strategy + creative + media buying you want a paid-ads agency. We'll happily refer.

How long until my site goes live?

Starter Site ships in 2–3 weeks. Authority Site ships in 4–6 weeks. We work in 1-week iterations with weekly progress demos — you see real progress weekly, not just at the end.

Can I get just a website from you, without the engine?

If you're already working with us, yes — a Starter Site ($5,500) or an Ecommerce Store (from $9,500) can attach to your engagement, both with the full Brand Pack and SEO/OG/AEO baseline included. Details are in the sites, add-ons and brand section on this page. As a standalone first purchase, though, a template builder is usually the honest answer — the engine is what makes a build with us worth it, and we'll say so.

Want the engine drafting while you approve?

The first consultation is free and takes 30 minutes. You'll leave with a sharper sense of whether the Authority Site, the Blog Engine or the Social Engine fits, and what the engine could realistically take off your plate.

Sites, add-ons and brand

One capability: fixed-price websites, the content and social engines that keep them alive, and the Brand Pack. Start with a Starter Site, step up to the Authority Site, or Ecommerce for a store — then attach the Blog Engine, Bookings or the Social Engine as modules. Every build includes the full Brand Pack and an SEO, structured-data and AEO baseline at no extra cost. The Best for line on each card tells you which fits.

Starter Site

5,500 dollars

Ships in 2–3 weeks

A clean, fast, mobile-first site that says who you are, what you do, and how to reach you — and gets you findable in local search. The full Brand Pack and the SEO, structured-data and AEO baseline are included. Add Bookings, the Blog Engine or the Social Engine as modules, or step up to the Authority Site for a bigger multi-page build.

Best for: Sole traders, mum-and-dad operations, and small trades businesses that need to look real online and turn up when locals search.

Up to 5 pages, mobile-first

Home plus up to four supporting pages (services, about, contact, and one more), built mobile-first on fast Next.js so the small screen is never an afterthought.

SEO, structured data, OG + AEO baseline

Every build ships search-ready: page titles and meta descriptions, structured data (JSON-LD schema), auto-generated Open Graph preview images for when a link is shared, and sitemap and robots config — the difference between invisible to Google and discoverable. On top of that, AEO (answer-engine optimisation): the content and schema are structured so AI answer engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI Overviews, Gemini — can read your pages and cite you correctly, not skip past you. Not a deep SEO campaign; the baseline that gets you found and quoted for your own name and trade.

Contact form + Google Business setup

A working contact form that lands somewhere you actually read, plus Google Business Profile set up so you appear in local map results.

Full Brand Pack included

The complete identity kit ships with this build at no extra cost: logo variations for print, signage and vehicle wrap; a short usage-guidelines document; additional lockups; stationery and collateral templates; and every export file a printer or signwriter asks for. The same $1,500 Brand Pack sold standalone — folded in here so the site and everything around it match.

Handed over as yours

The site is yours — no per-seat licence, no lock-in. Hosting and maintenance are optional (see Hosting & Care), not a condition of getting the site.

Not included

  • A multi-page authority site with schema-driven content — that's the Authority Site.
  • A content/publishing loop for a blog — add the Blog Engine (+$3,000).
  • Online booking — add the Bookings module (+$2,000).
  • Automated social posting — add the Social Engine (Content + Posting +$4,500, or Content + Posting + Inbound +$7,500).

Pairs with: Hosting & Care — Caretaker ($150/mo) to keep hosting, SSL and DNS healthy.

Authority Site

7,500 dollars

Ships in 4–6 weeks

A multi-page, schema-driven authority site — the same stack this site runs on. Full Brand Pack and the SEO, structured-data and AEO baseline included. Add the Blog Engine to turn it into a publishing platform, and the Social Engine to keep your socials moving.

Best for: Authority-driven businesses — consultancies, allied health, professional services — that win work on credibility and need a proper multi-page site that's safe for non-technical staff to update. Add the Blog Engine if you also want it publishing without it becoming a second job; for a transactional site, start with a Starter Site and add the modules you need.

Multi-page schema-driven site

Page content lives in one structured file, not hand-typed HTML. Add a service page by adding a section; layout, navigation, and Google's signals update themselves. Non-technical staff can update copy safely — the difference between maintaining one site for years and rebuilding every couple of years.

Ready for the Blog Engine

The site is built so the Blog Engine drops straight in: an /insights section, the schema, and the OG-image automation are already wired, so adding the publishing loop later is a module, not a rebuild.

Not included

  • The content/publishing loop for a blog — that's the Blog Engine add-on (+$3,000).
  • Online booking — add the Bookings module (+$2,000).
  • Automated social posting — add the Social Engine (Content + Posting +$4,500, or Content + Posting + Inbound +$7,500; each is +$2,000 cheaper with the Blog Engine).

Pairs with: The Blog Engine (+$3,000) to add a fortnightly publishing loop, and the Social Engine to auto-post on your approval.

Ecommerce Store

from 9,500 dollars

Ships in 4–6 weeks

A real online store on a platform you own and can leave — not a locked template you rent forever.

Best for: Product businesses ready to sell online whose needs go past what an off-the-shelf store covers.

Store with up to 50 products

Mobile-first storefront with up to 50 products loaded, including variants and basic inventory. Product count and variants move the price — you get the fixed number at scoping once we know what you're selling.

Payment + shipping set up

Checkout, payment, and shipping configured against your accounts. You hold the merchant and carrier accounts in your business name — we don't handle your financial credentials.

Handed over as yours

The store is yours — source and data transfer at handover, no vendor lock-in.

Not included

  • Merchant and shipping-carrier accounts in your business name — yours to hold.
  • Ongoing per-transaction platform and payment fees — paid by you directly to those providers, never marked up through us.
  • Integrations to accounting, fulfilment, or 3PL systems — scoped and priced separately; these are what move the number above the $9,500 floor.

Honest note: if an off-the-shelf Shopify or Squarespace store genuinely covers what you need, we'll tell you at the free call and point you at it rather than sell you a build you don't need. A custom store earns its cost when it has to do something the templates can't. (Consistent with the "what's outside scope" posture on the rest of the site — we don't reinvent the wheel.)

Add-ons

Attach these to any site instead of stepping up a whole tier: the Blog Engine publishing loop, online Bookings, or the two-tier Social Engine.

Bookings

add-on, plus 2,000 dollars

Add online booking to a site — customers book themselves in instead of playing phone tag.

Integrated booking system

Cal.com (default) or your existing scheduler wired into the primary call-to-action — calendar, availability rules, and automated confirmations and reminders. Includes a /thank-you page for tracking.

Payment on booking (optional)

Take a deposit or full payment at the time of booking if you want it. You connect your own Stripe or equivalent account, in your business name — we don't handle your financial credentials.

The merchant account is yours (Stripe or equivalent, in your business name). We walk you through connecting it; we don't create or hold it.

Blog Engine

add-on, plus 3,000 dollars

The content engine as a bolt-on: a fortnightly publishing loop that drafts blog posts in your brand voice from a topic queue you control and publishes to an /insights blog on your approval. The same loop that runs this site.

Fortnightly content loop

A publishing loop on a fortnightly schedule: an agent drafts a post in your brand voice from a topic queue you control, opens it for your review, and publishes on your tick. The same loop that runs the Neurastruct /insights feed.

Client-controlled topic queue

You hold the queue. Add, reorder, or drop topics whenever you like — the loop drafts against what's next, so the site keeps publishing on the subjects you actually want to be found for.

/insights blog section

A schema-driven blog section wired into your site, with structured data and auto-generated OG preview images per post, so each piece is findable and looks deliberate when shared.

Publish only on your approval

Nothing publishes until you approve it. Each draft waits for your tick — the loop drafts, you keep the final call.

Handed over as yours

The loop, the queue, and the content are yours — no 12-month lock-in, no per-seat licence.

Included with the Authority Site's plumbing (the /insights section and schema ship ready for it), so adding it to an Authority Site is dropping in the loop, not a rebuild. Also attaches to a Starter Site.

Social Engine

add-on, from plus 4,500 dollars

An automated social loop wired into your site. Tier 1 drafts posts in your brand voice from a queue you control and publishes on your approval. Tier 2 adds inbound handling — incoming DMs and comments read, sorted, and drafted for your approval, so the channel is two-way without eating your day.

Branded profiles set up

Your nominated platforms set up and branded consistently with the site — profile and cover images, bios, and links, all matching.

Automated posting loop

The same draft→approve→schedule loop that runs this site's /insights feed, pointed at your socials: an agent drafts each post in your brand voice from a topic queue you control.

You approve, then it posts itself

Posts queue and publish on a schedule you set. Each one waits for your tick (SMS or Slack) before it goes out — or you can let a trusted category auto-post once you're happy. Nothing posts on an unchecked pass unless you choose that.

Handed over as yours

The loop, the queue, and the connected accounts are yours — no 12-month lock-in, no per-seat licence.

  • Tier 1 · Content + Posting +$4,500 (+$2,500 with Blog Engine)
  • Tier 2 · Content + Posting + Inbound +$7,500 (+$5,500 with Blog Engine)

Two one-off tiers. Tier 1 (Content + Posting) is +$4,500; Tier 2 (adds inbound DM + comment handling) is +$7,500. Add the Blog Engine and each tier is $2,000 cheaper (+$2,500 / +$5,500) — that build already includes the shared draft→approve→schedule loop, so you're only paying for the social side. Tier 2 handles social inbound only; for standalone back-office email and quote triage that isn't tied to a site, that's the Inbox & Quote Triage pack under AI & Automation.

Brand

One brand product, one price. The Brand Pack is the full identity — logo variations, usage guidelines, lockups, and print/signage-ready files. It's included at no extra cost in every site build, or bought on its own if you already have a site.

Brand Pack

1,500 dollars

Ships in 1–2 weeks

A complete, consistent brand identity kit — logo variations, usage guidelines, lockups, and print- and signage-ready export files. Included at no extra cost in every site build (Starter Site, Authority Site and Ecommerce); or bought on its own when you already have a site.

The problem

You've got a logo and a site, but no proper asset set — so every printer, signwriter, and future designer starts from scratch, and your brand drifts a little every time.

What you get

A complete, consistent identity kit: logo variations for print, signage, and vehicle wrap; a short usage-guidelines document; additional lockups; and stationery and collateral templates. Everything exported in the formats a printer or signwriter actually asks for.

Logo variation set

Primary, secondary, mono, and reversed treatments, plus the lockups you need for print, signage, and vehicle wrap — sized and spaced correctly for each use, not one file stretched to fit everything.

Usage guidelines document

A short, practical guide — colours (hex, RGB, CMYK, and Pantone where it matters for print), type, spacing, and do/don't examples — so anyone producing anything in your name can match it without asking.

Additional lockups

Horizontal, stacked, and icon-only versions for the places the primary logo doesn't fit — app icons, favicons, social avatars, stamps.

Stationery + collateral templates

Editable templates for the everyday items — letterhead, email signature, invoice header, business card — in your identity, ready to hand to a printer.

All export files

Vector (SVG, EPS, PDF) and raster (PNG transparent and solid, JPG) across the full set, organised so you can find the right file without opening five folders.

Not included

  • A website — that's the web ladder. Brand Pack is the identity; a web tier builds the site (every site build already includes this Brand Pack).
  • Ongoing design retainer or ad creative — one-off identity work only.
  • Naming or brand strategy workshops — this produces the asset set from an existing or agreed direction, not a from-scratch brand-strategy engagement.

One brand product, one price. Buy it standalone when you already have a site, or get it included at no extra cost with every site build.

Upgrade path: Included at no extra cost in every site build (Starter Site, Authority Site and Ecommerce); or bought standalone when you already have a site and just want the identity done properly.
