Inbound DM + comment capture
The Engine watches your nominated platforms for incoming DMs and comments, pulls them into one queue, and sorts them into categories you define — question, complaint, lead, spam — so the ones that matter surface first.
Drafted replies in your voice
For each inbound message the Engine drafts a reply in your brand voice, ready to send. Routine, repeated questions get consistent answers; anything that needs a human judgement call is flagged, not guessed at.
Routing + escalation
Messages that need a person — an unhappy customer, a real sales lead, anything sensitive — are escalated to you (SMS or Slack) rather than auto-answered. You decide the rules for what auto-replies and what waits.
Human sign-off before anything sends
Nothing sends on an unchecked pass unless you choose to let a trusted category through. The Engine drafts and sorts; you keep the final call on what actually goes back out.
